Four Seasons Venice, Danieli, is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to support daily bar operations and lead a high-end bar team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure service standards, beverage quality, and collaborative teamwork in a luxury setting.

You will coach staff, maintain recipes, manage guest interactions, and contribute to menu development while upholding HACCP and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in luxury hotel bars, cocktail bars, or high-end hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in daily bar operations and ensure seamless service.
• Lead the bar team during service, providing guidance, coaching, and hands-on support.
• Oversee cocktail preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Build strong guest relationships by recognizing preferences and offering personalized experiences.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing issues proactively.
• Coordinate with Restaurant, Culinary and other teams for smooth service delivery.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and daily briefings to optimize operations.
• Support onboarding, training and development of bar staff to raise beverage knowledge and service standards.
• Contribute to cocktail menu development and seasonal beverage offerings.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, mise en place, and safety compliance.
