Job summary

Six Senses Milan is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary department and deliver exceptional product and service within brand standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts with 5+ years of management experience, and fluency in English and Italian with valid work authorization for Italy. You will lead a team of chefs, ensure LQA compliance, and collaborate with the General Manager on budget and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts plus 5+ years related experience, including management.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Kitchen department.
• Lead a team of experienced Chefs who manage their own teams daily.
• Assist General Manager on meeting/exceeding annual budget in revenue and cost control.
• Ensure purchasing meets Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
• Review stocktakes and proper storage in line with Six Senses hygiene standards.
• Develop standard recipes for all dishes and ensure presentation photos.
