The Digital Manufacturing Engineer is part of the Group Manufacturing / Digital Manufacturing Team and is responsible for driving the design, deployment, and governance of digital solutions across multiple manufacturing plants.
This role requires a strong combination of software engineering fundamentals, manufacturing domain knowledge, and hands on shop floor engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating digital transformation initiatives, enabling data driven decision making, and improving operational performance across the manufacturing footprint. A significant portion of the role—especially in the initial phase—requires frequent presence at manufacturing sites to support deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions. The position is highly hands on and involves close collaboration with local operations, quality and IT teams.
The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 40.000 € and 58.000 €. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
