Publicis Sapient is seeking a Project Manager to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, coordinating Digital and CRM initiatives across brands, markets and functional teams.

You will own Digital and CRM initiatives, connect business priorities with delivery, and help clients and delivery teams align around priorities and value.

Fluent Italian and good English are required; 5+ years in related roles; salary €40-50k; this is an on-site role in Italy with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in project management, account leadership, product, CRM, Digital transformation, marketing operations, CX, strategy or related areas.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and coordinating initiatives across different teams and functions.
• Ability to work autonomously, structure complex activities and drive progress.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• A flexible, pragmatic, client‑oriented and hands‑on approach.
• Fluent Italian and good working English.

• Promote continuous improvement across both client and internal teams.
