Pirelli & C. S.p.A. invites students and recent graduates to join the IT–Sales, Marketing and CRM Solutions team as part of its Digital Transformation roadmap in a fast‑paced, global environment.

The role offers hands-on experience collecting and prioritizing demands from Sales and Marketing across HQ and international sites, plus collaboration with internal Dev teams and external suppliers. Proficiency in English and Italian and strong data skills are required.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a master’s degree in STEM or Economics with understanding of IT Technology.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in using Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with passion and curiosity to work with data and digital tools and trends.

Mansioni

• Collect new demands from Sales & Marketing Departments in Headquarter and/or in the different countries around the world.
• Collaborate in qualifying the new demands and in prioritizing the initiatives together with the Sales & Marketing in Headquarter, prepare technical documentation, activity reports, and process specifications.
• Help write down the requirements to be shared to Internal Dev Teams or external Suppliers to evaluate cost estimations.
• Support the team in the implementation of approved initiatives, by monitoring the supplier or internal Dev team activities and assuring best practices are followed.
• Analyze and review the Entity-Relationship for a technical solution.
• Check system data, using tool interface and structured query language.
