DoubleVerify is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Milan to oversee a large portfolio of advertiser and agency accounts. You will own end-to-end client relationships and drive operational excellence.

This hybrid role requires 2–4+ years in account management, fluency in English and Italian, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver client value.

Competenze

• 2-4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
• Fluent in English and Italian at business level

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end client relationship as primary contact
• Conduct performance analysis and deliver actionable insights
• Develop account strategies aligning client objectives with DV capabilities
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Manage escalations coordinating with internal teams
• Ensure deliverables meet SLAs and quality standards
• Maintain regular client contact via calls, office hours, QBRs
• Identify churn risks and escalate promptly
