Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Product Sales Expert for SLS – Specialty Lab Solutions (Proteins – Allergy) in Italy. Two positions exist: one in Northern Italy and one in Southern Italy.

The role emphasizes technical consulting, stakeholder collaboration, and driving opportunities within a regulated, data-driven environment. You will engage with customers, present solutions, and support tender bids while traveling up to 50% of the time across Italy.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical consulting and tailoring solutions.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, PM).
• Fluent written and spoken English; willingness to travel up to 50% within Italy.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit existing customers to monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales, Marketing, PM, and Consulting Solutions to pursue business opportunities.
• Define priorities and support activities along the sales pipeline with the Territory Manager.
• Analyze customer environments and propose solutions aligned to their needs.
• Present products and differentiators effectively to customers.
• Build networks with lab managers and key opinion leaders.
• Contribute to training and development of the sales force.
• Produce detailed project progress reports aligned with timelines.
• Develop technical and project proposals for tenders and negotiations.
• Prepare commercial offers focusing on analytical configurations and consumables.
• Provide technical support in dispute scenarios and monitor market dynamics.
