Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Italy seeks a Product Sales Expert for Specialty Lab Solutions (Proteins – Allergy) within Diagnostics Sales. You will regularly visit customers, analyze needs, and design tailored solutions leveraging the SLS portfolio.

You will collaborate across teams, support tender responses, and contribute to commercial offers. Fluent English required; willingness to travel up to 50% across Northern and Southern Italy; base salary aligns with CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit existing customers to monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Consulting Solutions to identify business opportunities.
• Define priorities and support activities according to the sales pipeline and involve other functions as needed.
• Analyze customer environments and design appropriate solutions from the SLS portfolio.
• Present products and solutions highlighting differentiators.
• Build networks with laboratory managers and KOLs; train and coach the sales force.
• Produce reports on project progress per timelines; develop technical and project proposals for tenders.
• Support commercial offers and analyze analytical configurations and consumables; aid in dispute scenarios.
