Job summary

EMW is seeking contractor support to manageDeployable Communication and Information Systems assets at the DACCC in Poggio Renatico, Italy. The role requires identifying, cataloguing, and inventorying D-CIS equipment, determining the correct system of record, and inputting data.

You will conduct regular warehouse inspections and provide reporting to the CSS Division during a six-month base period with extension options.

Qualifications

• At least two years of proven experience in inventory and asset management.
• Experience with system of record inputs and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and inventory all D-CIS-related equipment within DACCC facilities.
• Determine the appropriate system of record for each item and input data accordingly.
• Conduct physical warehouse inspections every two months and ensure items are labeled and registered.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to CSS in data collection and reporting.
