Enterpryze Consulting Ltd in Sicily is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support local LAN/WAN networks, Cisco gear, and desktop Windows systems in a NATO-related environment.

You will bring 2+ years in CIS Service Operations, strong troubleshooting under pressure, and familiarity with TCP/IP. The role involves installing desktop services, maintaining network components, and contributing to incident management.

Competenze

• 2+ years of CIS Service Operations experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and Cisco technologies.
• Experience configuring Windows desktop OS and MS Office.
• Good TCP/IP knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Execute work orders to provide local intervention and meet SLA targets.
• Install and configure Desktop Services.
• Install and maintain voice, data, and network equipment.
• Configure routing/switching, VoIP, and VTC infrastructures.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of Desktop, Network, and Communications services.
• Support incident lifecycles from creation to closure.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
• Deputise for higher-grade staff when needed.
