Qualifications

• Two years of proven inventory and asset management experience.
• Experience with NDSS/NCIS or similar inventory systems.
• Knowledge of item identification and data recording processes.
• Ability to work independently in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify and inventory all D-CIS-related equipment within DACCC facilities.
• Determine the appropriate system of record for each item.
• Input data into the appropriate system and maintain records.
• Conduct bi-monthly physical warehouse inspections.
• Apply barcodes to identified items and register them in the system.
• Produce monthly inventory reports for the CSS Division.
• Support data collection, consolidation, and reporting in line with NATO rules.
