Dandy is transforming the dental industry and seeks an Account Manager to own a portfolio of 100+ dentist accounts across Italy. You will drive Net Revenue Retention by building trusted relationships, guiding activations, and expanding into new locations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Training, and Support to maximize patient and practice outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role in Milano with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, VC-backed company focused on modernizing dental

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in dental sales or account management with dentists.
• Proven upsell and cross-sell track record.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive net revenue retention by proactive engagement with doctors in key accounts.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the book of business.
• Manage onboarding, activations, and expansion across locations.
• Speak the language of clinicians to understand goals and provide consultative solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Customer Support for customer success.
