The Luxury Collection hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, invites applications for a Cook role in our Italian properties. You will prepare meals, ensure quality and presentation, and maintain food logs while following recipes and safety standards.

You will also assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, and you will communicate effectively with service staff to meet guest needs. A vocational degree is preferred, and no supervisory experience is required.

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and report hazards.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of information.
• Provide guest service by anticipating needs and communicating clearly.
