The role offers hands-on exposure to forecasting, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration from day one. You will support monthly forecast flow, analyze deviations, and help prepare monthly management reports while learning company strategy under tutor supervision. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Marketing, Economics, or Statistics, with strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and clear

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering or Statistics.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills are required.
• Commercial acumen with a numbers focus and good communication.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Support the monthly forecast flow in the short and medium term.
• Prepare and deliver KPI reports for the business.
• Review deviations to explain variances between forecast and actuals.
• Analyze trends across markets and segments across countries/products.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure information exchange with HQ.
• Prepare monthly reports to support management decisions.
