Job summary

Pirelli is seeking a motivated individual to join the Demand Planning team. From day one, you will work under tutor supervision, learn the company strategy and management, and progressively take ownership of forecasting and reporting tasks within a fast-growing environment.

You will develop monthly KPI reports, analyze variances, and collaborate with local teams to improve information exchange between headquarters and field offices, contributing to informed management decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Economics / Management Engineering / Statistics.
• Native Italian or English, Fluent Business English or Italian.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (esp. MS Excel).
• Commercial acumen with an interest in numbers and statistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, team player with a proactive results orientation.
• Demonstrable high-end analytical and numeric skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly forecast flow, both in short and medium term.
• Prepare and deliver business KPI reports.
• Review deviations causes to explain variances between forecast and actual scenarios.
• Analyze trends across emerging markets and segments throughout different countries/products.
• Collaborate with local teams to identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous information exchange between headquarters and local teams.
• Prepare monthly reports to support management decision-making.
