Job summary

Bolton Group is seeking a Supply Planner Intern for its Global Supply Planning Team in Bolton Food, based in Milan, Italy. You will support the flow from production plants to markets and help execute supply plans, optimize inventory, and coordinate across functions.

You will develop weekly and monthly supply plans, monitor production, assist S&OE/S&OP, analyze inventory, and maintain reporting models in Excel.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent communication in a fast-paced, global environment.
Advanced Excel skills (queries, macros, BI tools).
Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop weekly and monthly supply plans to ensure resources meet demand.
Collaborate with plants to monitor execution and support decision-making during disruptions.
Support S&OE and S&OP cycles by preparing KPIs, data analysis, and insights.
Monitor stock levels to identify slow-moving products and obsolescence risks.
Maintain supply planning models and dashboards in Excel; implement new reporting tools.
Track supply chain KPIs and contribute to cross-functional projects with other teams.
Work with Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics and Procurement on improvements.
