JD.com is actively seeking a DSP Partnership Manager to oversee the daily management of DSP service providers, assess KPIs, and sustain strong relationships to ensure efficient operations. You will establish capacity communication, coordinate resources to align with business needs, and lead exception handling to minimize impact.

A Bachelor's degree and about five years’ experience, plus strong English, are required.

• Service Provider Management: Responsible for the daily management of DSP service providers, KPI assessment, and relationship maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Capacity Communication and Coordination: Establish a close communication mechanism with DSP service providers, coordinate capacity resources to match business needs, and ensure smooth terminal delivery chains.
• Exception Handling: Lead the handling of various exceptions in DSP partnerships, develop solutions, and close the loop to minimize business impact.
• Compliance Management: Ensure that partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or above; approximately five years of experience in DSP partnership management, with a deep understanding of DSP partnership models and operational logic;
• Strong English speaking skills, which can be used as a working language;
• Excellent cross-departmental communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with European DSP compliance requirements.
