Build business data monitoring dashboards (e.g., fulfillment efficiency, resource utilization), establish anomaly early warning mechanisms, and provide improvement recommendations. Special Task Support: Support ad-hoc business department needs (e.g., event planning, customer research), coordinate human and technical resources, and ensure tasks are completed in a closed-loop manner. Lead the full lifecycle management of key projects, monitor implementation risks, and optimize resource allocation strategies to ensure timely achievement of objectives. Systematic Capability Building: Identify inefficient links in business processes and drive system function upgrades (e.g., automation of approval workflows, development of data interfaces) to reduce manual operation costs. Organize internal training and knowledge base construction to enhance the team's standardized service capabilities.
