Enerland invites a Senior Project Manager to join our Milan team and lead photovoltaic and BESS projects from award to handover. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring scope compliance, timelines, budget, safety, and quality across all construction phases.

We seek an Engineering degree, at least 5 years in solar project construction, and willingness to travel across Italy and Europe. Spanish language is a plus.

• Strong technical background in solar energy and utility-scale projects.

• Ensure full contractual scope compliance and manage the project from kick-off to completion.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage project activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, costs, resources, and risks to ensure on-time delivery and budget compliance.
• Optimize construction processes to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining quality and cost control.
• Prepare and deliver periodic project progress reports according to established requirements.
• Support and advise the Global Operations Manager on technical, operational, and contractual matters.

• Manage relationships with main subcontractors during the construction phase.
• Verify that project documentation complies with all applicable regulations, permits, and standards.
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved designs, licenses, and authorizations.
• Supervise all project phases until commissioning and handover to the client.
• Manage project close-out procedures with both the client and public administration.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures related to quality, environmental management, health & safety, and waste management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Milan. Report to the Global Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of photovoltaic/BESS projects from contract award through construction and final handover.

• Ensure full compliance with the contractual scope agreed with the client and manage the project from kick-off to completion.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage project activities with the support of assigned internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, costs, resources, and risks to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Optimize construction processes to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining quality and cost control.

• Tools: Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Travel: Availability to travel across construction sites in Italy.
• Availability to travel across construction sites in other European countries.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
