Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned product-delivery professional to partner with clients across Europe. You will own product delivery, map customer journeys and align engineering to priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English and Italian are required, with strong communication and influencing skills. Experience in electricity/utilities markets is a plus, as is a deep understanding of technology trends and agile practices.

Competenze

Proven experience in client delivery or product ownership.
Demonstrated agile delivery experience.
Experience in product management and mapping customer journeys.
Strong understanding of technology trends.
Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and challenge traditional thinking.
Experience managing complex delivery pipelines for clients.
Fluent English and Italian; other European languages a plus.
Nice-to-have: experience in electricity/utilities market in Europe.

Mansioni

Manage relationships with client counterparts, including product and business owners.
Serve as first contact for tech development and escalation for domain issues.
Become the knowledge base on Kraken platform delivery.
Triages incoming requests and communicates client priorities internally.
Summarises client needs and timelines to enable platform development.
Support the engineering team to deliver product features.
Encourage clients to adopt iterative deployment approaches.
