DXC Technology Company in Milan is seeking a Data Scientist to support AI and Generative AI projects, applying ML models, NLP and intelligent automation to improve business processes. You will join the Data & AI team and collaborate with clients to deliver practical AI solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, observability and scalable development with enterprise-grade GenAI tools, in a hybrid work setting that balances in-person collaboration with remote or smart working.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Gen AI projects.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions across lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in Gen AI tech: RAG, prompts, observability and guardrails.
• Experience with enterprise GenAI development frameworks and platforms.

Mansioni

• Contribute to design and implementation of AI solutions, including ML models, NLP and computer vision.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Support relationships with clients/stakeholders for requirements and validation.
• Assist pre-sales with technical materials and client presentations.
• Stay updated on AI trends and apply knowledge to solution development.
• Maintain best practices and methodologies within the AI & Data Science team.
• Participate in AI projects and grow autonomy in client environments.
