UniCredit S.p.A. is seeking a Curricular Internship in the Group Data & Artificial Intelligence team in Milan. You will help deploy AI models, collaborate with data scientists, and advance generative AI initiatives within a leading European bank.

The role focuses on building scalable AI products, contributing to cross-functional projects, and supporting management reporting. A STEM degree and English proficiency are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM fields with strong academic performance.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning workflows, AI and programming (Python is a plus).
• Interest in Generative AI and familiarity with LLMs and MLOps principles; Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with data visualization, SQL or Big Data skills, and problem solving.
• Proactive, detail oriented, eager to learn with strong communication for collaboration.
• Fluent in English; interest in digital product management and engineering AI solutions.

Mansioni

• Assist in deploying AI models from development to production and establish scalable MLOps standards.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to industrialize models and optimize inference pipelines.
• Explore Generative AI technologies (GPT-4, etc.) via prompt engineering.
• Support end-to-end management of AI-driven digital products and innovative banking solutions.
• Prepare top-management reports and maintain project documentation for impactful initiatives.
