Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join its Mission Critical Engineering Department in the EMEA Development Group. You will serve as the client-side electrical technical authority for design projects, driving electrical design direction, leading teams, and coordinating with consultants and vendors to deliver safe, scalable infrastructure.

You will guide early feasibility and concept design, shape future VDC design solutions, and ensure alignment with customer

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical power design and construction.
• Chartered Engineer in EU / Professional Engineer in NA preferred.
• Mission Critical design, construction and/or customer-side experience required.
• Experience with EU construction markets and regulations.

Mansioni

• Lead electrical design for early-stage feasibility, test-fit, and concept design.
• Manage external electrical engineering partners and set technical direction.
• Collaborate with product team to develop future VDC electrical design solutions.
• Drive project-level tasks and milestones.
• Act as client-side electrical technical authority for design direction and reviews.
• Support design consultant reviews of submittals, RFIs and studies during construction.
• Visit job sites for field investigations and coordination meetings.
