Costa is seeking an AI & Data Manager in Genoa to accelerate its data-driven and AI-enabled evolution. You will lead the delivery and governance of data, analytics and AI products, partnering with business and technology teams to translate strategic priorities into measurable value.

Open-term, full-time role in a hybrid setup, offering meal vouchers, discounts, medical insurance, and development programs. Fluency in English and experience in international environments are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, Data Products, Business Intelligence or related transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, analytics platforms and AI technologies; experience with Power BI, Python, Snowflake or Databricks is considered a strong plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Strong business mindset, curiosity and passion for leveraging data and AI to solve real business challenges and create measurable impact.
• Fluency in English and experience working in dynamic, international and cross-functional environments.
