Reply Italy is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end AI and GenAI project delivery for enterprise clients, from presales to go-live. You will coordinate AI/ML teams and act as the reference point for sponsors and stakeholders, governing timelines, costs and quality.

The role requires 5–8 years of complex IT project experience, a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/Data Science, strong cloud-native and AI lifecycle knowledge, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent disciplines.
• 5-8 years of experience on complex IT projects, with Delivery/Project Manager background, preferably on AI/ML or Data initiatives.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and of the AI/GenAI solution lifecycle (data, training/fine-tuning, deployment, MLOps).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
