Costa is seeking a Data & AI Manager in Genoa to drive the design, delivery and governance of data and AI products across the organization. You will translate business needs into scalable, value-generating solutions and partner with IT, commercial and operations to accelerate Costa's data-driven evolution.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology, enabling innovation while ensuring governance, compliance and sustainable execution.What Makes You Unique5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, Data Products, Business Intelligence or related transformation initiatives.Proven ability to lead complex projects and translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions.Strong understanding of modern data architectures, analytics platforms and AI technologies; experience with Power BI, Python, Snowflake or Databricks is considered a strong plus.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.Strong business mindset, curiosity and passion for leveraging data and AI to solve real business challenges and create measurable impact.Fluency in English and experience working in dynamic, international and cross-functional environments.What We OfferYour Journey with Us.
