Costa in Genoa is seeking an AI & Data Manager to lead the transformation of data and AI into tangible business value across the organization.

You will drive the evolution of Costa's data ecosystem, deliver data, analytics and AI products, and ensure governance and responsible AI while partnering with business and technology teams.

Open-term, full-time hybrid role with a salary range of €50,000–€60,000 and benefits in Genoa.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, or related transformation initiatives.
• Ability to lead complex projects and translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and analytics platforms; experience with Power BI, Python, Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and technology teams.
• Fluency in English; experience in international, cross-functional environments.

You will play a key role in empowering Costa's business functions through trusted data, modern analytics platforms and AI-powered solutions, helping transform business challenges into opportunities and driving measurable value across the organization.

AI & Data Transformation
You will contribute to the evolution of Costa's Data & AI ecosystem, supporting the modernization of data platforms, analytics capabilities and AI-enabled solutions. By balancing innovation, scalability and governance, you will help create the foundations that enable smarter decisions and long-term business growth.

AI & Data Product Delivery
You will lead the delivery and adoption of data, analytics and AI products, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners. You will translate complex business needs into impactful solutions, ensuring that initiatives generate value, drive adoption and support strategic priorities across the organization.

Responsible AI & Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will promote a culture of responsible, ethical and trusted use of data and AI, while collaborating across commercial, operational and corporate functions. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, enabling innovation while ensuring governance, compliance and sustainable execution.

What Makes You Unique

• 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, Data Products, Business Intelligence or related transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, analytics platforms and AI technologies; experience with Power BI, Python, Snowflake or Databricks is considered a strong plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Strong business mindset, curiosity and passion for leveraging data and AI to solve real business challenges and create measurable impact.
• Fluency in English and experience working in dynamic, international and cross-functional environments.
