Costa in Genoa is seeking an AI & Data Manager to lead the transformation of data and AI into tangible business value across the organization.
You will drive the evolution of Costa's data ecosystem, deliver data, analytics and AI products, and ensure governance and responsible AI while partnering with business and technology teams.
Open-term, full-time hybrid role with a salary range of €50,000–€60,000 and benefits in Genoa.
Competenze
- 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, or related transformation initiatives.
- Ability to lead complex projects and translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures and analytics platforms; experience with Power BI, Python, Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and technology teams.
- Fluency in English; experience in international, cross-functional environments.
