Blupura, based in Recanati (MC), Italy, seeks a Service & After-Sales Coordinator to support the DACH region. You will handle technical and commercial after-sales activities, warranty management, and dealer training to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Travel within DACH and occasional international trips are required. The role reports to the Service & Quality Manager and focuses on building dealer relationships and delivering fast, accurate service.

Competenze

• German language proficiency at a professional level (written and spoken).
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally internationally.

Mansioni

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to dealers and service partners.
• Manage warranty claims and related documentation.
• Ensure timely and effective responses to technical inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver technical training sessions remotely, at dealer locations, and at Blupura facilities.
• Support dealers in developing their technical capabilities and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely warranty order processing and delivery.
