Soldo is seeking a Customer Interaction Specialist in Italy to deliver prompt, friendly support to corporate customers via email, chat, and phone. You will troubleshoot issues, provide guidance on financial services queries, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to process improvements while delivering high-quality service standards and maintaining a thorough understanding of the Soldo platform.
