Soldo is seeking a proactive Customer Support Associate to join our team in Italy. You will deliver excellent customer service to corporate clients via email, live chat and phone, assisting with account management, transactions, and product features.

We value strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-centric mindset. Prior SaaS or financial services support is a plus, with flexible options including remote work and office in Milan or Rome.
