Randstad Italia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a multinational medical devices company in Pratica di Mare (Pomezia). The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction by proactively managing back orders and substitutions, with a hybrid, full-time contract through January 2027.

You will handle outbound calls, manage replacement offers and orders, track interactions, and collaborate with the sales force.

Competenze

• University degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good level of English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Make outbound calls to assigned customers to offer alternative products.

For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers’ satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.

We offer a full time fixed term contract until the end of January 2027.

• be accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution;
• Manage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures
• Track and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing data and reporting of results;

• University degree or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
