Randstad Inhouse - Latina Unit J&J cerca un Customer Service Representative per mantenere elevata soddisfazione clienti gestendo ordini e back orders.

La posizione è full-time con contratto a tempo determinato fino a gennaio 2027, in ibrido presso Pratica di Mare (Pomezia). Richiede Laurea, conoscenza SAP è un plus, livello buono di inglese.

Il candidato ideale possiede competenze in Office e capacità di comunicazione e lavoro di squadra.

For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers’ satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.

We offer a full time fixed term contract until the end of January 2027.

Work area: Pratica di Mare (Pomezia)

Responsabilità

The post holder will:

• be accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution;
• Manage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures
• Track and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing data and reporting of results;

The ideal candidate possess:

• University degree or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP will is a plus
• Good level of English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
