Randstad Italia is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Latium, Italy for a multinational medical devices company. The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction by proactively managing back orders and coordinating replacements.

You will handle outbound calls to offer alternatives, process orders, record interactions in the system, and collaborate with the sales force to ensure timely deliveries.

Competenze

• University degree or equivalent is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good level of English and strong communication skills.

For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers’ satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.

We offer a full time fixed term contract until the end of January 2027.

The post holder will:

• be accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution;
• Manage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures
• Track and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing data and reporting of results;
• Collaborate with the sales force communicating with a sched

The ideal candidate possess:

• University degree or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP will is a plus
• Good level of English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
