ACMA, part of Coesia and based in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a 6-month intern to support the Customer Service team with spare parts offers, market follow-up, and international coordination. The role involves preparing price proposals, monitoring progress, and providing remote support to client companies worldwide.

Requirements include a degree in Economics & Business Administration or Languages, strong English, and ideally a second language (German, Spanish or French).

• Bachelor-level degree in Economics & Business Administration or Languages.
• Excellent business-level English; knowledge of a third language is valued.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

• Create offers and price proposals for spare parts with tutor support.

About the role

We are looking for a 6 months Intern to support the ACMA Customer Service team in the following activities:

• Creating offers and economic proposals for Spare Parts in collaboration with the tutor;
• Supporting the team in the spare parts business to achieve the area objectives. This involves preparing spare parts offers, constant follow-up of the same, creation of suggested spare parts lists; monitoring of market penetration and new actions to increase the business;
• Supporting ACMA foreign company offices for the previously listed activities by supervising the progress in achieving the economic targets;
• Providing remote support to our Client Companies worldwide.

What you need to be successful

• Degree in Economics & Business Administration or Languages;
• Excellent knowledge of English language preferably at a business level. The knowledge of a third language is highly appreciated plus (German, Spanish or French);
• Knowledge of SAP is a favorable plus;
• Communication skills and customer orientation;
• Strong human relationship builder among different professional environments and diverse cultures;
• Precise and meticulous, attention to details is fundamental;
• Highly organized;
• Previous experience in Customer Service will be appreciated.
