Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Back Office, Customer Service, Sales Support or similar roles.
• Experience in quotation preparation, order management and customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems; MAGO is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German and other foreign languages are a plus.
• Proactive commercial mindset, customer-oriented approach and ability to manage daily activities autonomously in a small manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and prepare commercial quotations, consolidating costs and verifying pricing and commercial conditions with Industrial Engineering and Sales.
• Manage customer orders, ensuring consistency with quotations and coordinating delivery dates with relevant departments.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, tracking customer feedback and outcomes.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers and reactivating inactive ones.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and order information in the ERP system and prepare sales reports.

We are looking for a Customer Service & Back-Office Specialist to join our Italian manufacturing plant in Ostiglia (MN) and support our commercial activities across the Italian, German and French markets.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, managing customer inquiries, preparing commercial quotations and handling orders.

Working closely with Industrial Engineering, Production and Sales, the position combines day‑to‑day back‑office activities with a proactive commercial approach.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and prepare commercial quotations, consolidating costs and verifying pricing and commercial conditions with Ind. Engineering and Sales.
• Manage customer orders, ensuring consistency with agreed quotations and coordinating delivery dates and changes with the relevant departments.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, tracking customer feedback and offer outcomes.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities, researching potential customers and reactivating inactive customers.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and order information in the ERP system, and prepare sales reports and commercial documentation.

What we are looking for:
