Beiersdorf Milano is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to optimize customer service and order flow within FMCG distribution. You will analyze order data, product availability and service performance to drive improvements and proactive actions across internal teams and key customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Planning and Logistics, monitor KPIs such as On Time Delivery and distribution costs, and translate customer needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to 5 years experience in the Supply Chain department of a FMCG company.
• Good knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Strong Microsoft skills (Microsoft Office – Microsoft 365 – Power BI).

• Ensure deep understanding of customer service and supply chain processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Analyze order-related data, product availability, service performance and flows to identify issues and take corrective actions.
• Develop collaboration with key customers and act as a trusted business partner.
• Monitor KPIs such as Service Level, On Time Delivery and distribution costs; define actions for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the flow of logistic information between internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions, including new tools, technologies and ways of working.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Logistics and others to execute customer-centric initiatives.
