Beiersdorf AG in Milano, Lombardy, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to optimize order fulfillment and customer service processes. You will analyze data, collaborate with Sales, Planning and Logistics, and implement improvements to service levels and delivery performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in FMCG supply chain, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with SAP SD, Power BI and Microsoft Office. The position offers hybrid work with two days remote per week and a competitive salary.

Your Tasks

• Ensure a deep understanding of customer service and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and service performance.
• Analyze order-related data, product availability, service performance and operational flows to proactively identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and strengthen collaboration with key customers, building strong relationships with customer supply chain teams and acting as a trusted business partner.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (Service Level, On Time Delivery, distribution costs, customer-specific KPIs), defining action plans and driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the flow of logistic information between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions, including the adoption of new tools, technologies and ways of working.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Logistics and other functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of customer-centric initiatives.

• Self‑motivated and great at analysis, with consolidated analytical and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Proactive, pragmatic, and results‑driven, with a focus on creative problem‑solving.
