Bolton Home, Personal Care & Beauty – Industrial, Operations & Supply – Milano, IT is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Milan. You will lead the domestic Personal Care demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasts, optimal stock levels, and close alignment with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

We expect 2–3 years in FMCG demand planning, a strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel skills.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting within FMCG environments.
• Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
• Italian native; Business English.

Mansioni

• Lead the Domestic Personal Care demand planning cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyze historical sales trends and market signals to develop reliable forecasts.
• Coordinate S&OP meetings to align commercial and operational plans.
• Support product launches and portfolio changes with forecasting assumptions.
• Collaborate with production sites and external stakeholders for planning execution.
