Beiersdorf AG in Milano, Lombardy, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to optimize order fulfillment and customer service processes. You will analyze data, collaborate with Sales, Planning and Logistics, and implement improvements to service levels and delivery performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in FMCG supply chain, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with SAP SD, Power BI and Microsoft Office. The position offers hybrid work with two days remote per week and a competitive salary.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years experience in a FMCG supply chain role.
Good knowledge of SAP SD and MS Office 365/Power BI.

Understand and optimize customer service and supply chain processes.
Analyze order-related data, product availability and service performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics and other functions.
Monitor KPIs like Service Level and On Time Delivery and drive improvements.
