CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking a motivated Asset & Retail Intern in Milan to support field operations through data analysis, business reporting, and administrative coordination.

The role combines analytical work with back-office duties to enable field teams to focus on customer-facing activities. You will gain hands-on experience transforming operational data into insights, preparing presentations, and assisting in process improvements within a dynamic international team.

Competenze

• Master's degree student in a relevant field (M1/M2).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Prepare operational reviews and customized business presentations for field teams.
• Support audit preparation by creating and maintaining documentation required for site visits and compliance reviews.
• Conduct operational health checks and collection analysis for specific locations.
• Support follow-up activities related to collections and field operations.
• Analyze inventory and loss-related data; create dashboards and reports.
• Extract, consolidate, and validate data from multiple systems.
• Open and manage cases related to transactional corrections and operational issues.
• Coordinate follow-up actions and documentation for customer inquiries.
