TVH Group in Torino is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to be the first line of support for customers, handling inquiries on offers, orders, invoices and complaints. You will analyze challenges, collaborate with internal teams, and report bottlenecks to continuously improve service quality.

You should have 2-3 years in customer-facing roles, be solution-driven, well organized, and able to set priorities. Italian fluency with good English is required, with a hybrid work schedule offered.

We are looking to strengthen our team of Customer Care Advisors in Torino. You are the first line of support to deal with all customer's questions or requests in a speedy and qualitative manner.

Your responsibilities:

• You are the primary contact for customers for all current affairs: offers, back orders, questions about invoices, complaints.
• You observe customer challenges and are solution driven.
• You collaborate and communicate constructively with all departments within TVH and stimulate colleagues from other departments to work together on a high customer satisfaction.
• You signal and report about bottlenecks within the assigned processes.
• You register and administrate client information, documentation, complaints and signals in the relevant systems in order to have an accurate and complete insight into the status of clients.

How to succeed / your profile:

• You have about 2-3 years experience in a customer oriented job.
• You have strong, customer oriented thinking and acting skills.
• You are solution driven and persistent.
• You have good organizational skills and you are able to set priorities.
• You are a teamplayer.
• You are fluent in Italian and you have a good conversational level in English.

Working hours are 9:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00, from Monday to Friday.

For the position of Customer Care Advisor, we offer a gross annual salary between €27.500 AND €32.000, depending on relevant experience, skills, responsibilities and qualifications.

The compensation package also includes:Meal vouchersHybrid working: upon completion of the initial training and mentoring period.

Remuneration is determined in accordance with the applied National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) Commercio Confcommercio and is applied consistently on the basis of clear, objective, gender-neutral and role-related criteria, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications and performance. Any communicated pay range is indicative and reflects the segment appropriate for the level of responsibility and anticipated experience for the role.
