DAB Pumps in Italy is seeking a Human Resources professional focused on organizational transformation to join the People Culture & Continuous Improvement Team. You will contribute to cultural change and agile ways of working across the global organization.

You will help design frameworks for Strategy, Lean, and Agile, analyze ecosystems, and create training materials while supporting agile events and projects.

Competenze

• English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Degree in management, business, economics, or related field.
• Interest in organizational transformation and agile methods.

Mansioni

• Contribute to a dynamic DAB culture through Internal Communities and Agile initiatives.
• Support the creation of frameworks for Strategy, Lean, and Agile.
• Analyze current company ecosystems including startups, universities, and remote teams.
• Develop training materials to support learning and development initiatives.
• Learn, support, and facilitate agile events and company projects.
