DAB Pumps is seeking a candidate to join the People Culture & Continuous Improvement Team in Italy, supporting organizational transformation and agile initiatives across a multinational environment.

You will contribute to Learning Week, Lean and Agile frameworks, and Leadership Model implementations while collaborating with global colleagues and multiple departments.

Competenze

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and Lean or willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Genuine interest in organizational transformation and driving positive change.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.

Mansioni

Who You Are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field;
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and Lean or willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment.
• Genuine interest in organizational transformation and driving positive change.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
