AGCO S.p.A. is seeking an APS Specialist to lead continuous improvement initiatives at the Breganze site in Italy. You will plan and execute waste-reduction activities, develop dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety.

The role requires an engineering degree, 3+ years in CI activities, and fluency in Italian and English. Onsite work with a competitive salary and benefits is provided.

• Requires Engineering degree and 3+ years in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Strong Lean, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with lean implementation and on-the-job trainings.
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong communication abilities.

• Plan and implement continuous improvement plans, monitor costs and safety.
• Define techniques and tools for APS implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Budget and manage data sheets, coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Update global dashboards and data systems; interface with external consultants.
• Co-train and coach teams on best practices.
