DAB Pumps in Italy is seeking a Human Resources professional focused on organizational transformation to join the People Culture & Continuous Improvement Team. You will contribute to cultural change and agile ways of working across the global organization.

You will help design frameworks for Strategy, Lean, and Agile, analyze ecosystems, and create training materials while supporting agile events and projects.

Competenze

• English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Degree in management, business, economics, or related field.
• Interest in organizational transformation and agile methods.

We are looking for a person with a passion for organizational transformation and innovative approaches in culture shaping!

How you will support the Team:

• Contribute to various initiatives to a new DAB dynamic culture, including Internal Communities, Agile Days, Learning Week, Continuous Learning programs, and implementation of a new Leadership Model.
• Support the creation of frameworks for Strategy, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
• Analyze current company ecosystems, including startups, universities, and remote teams.
• Develop training materials to support learning and development initiatives.
• Learn, support, and facilitate agile events and company projects.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field;
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and Lean or willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Genuine interest in organizational transformation and driving positive change.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
