North Technology Group in Genova, Italy offers a 6–12 month Customer Data & CRM Support Intern role. Hybrid/Remote, reporting to the Global Head of Customer Management. You will gain hands-on experience in CRM data quality, stakeholder engagement, and data governance.

Competenze

• Pursuing BA/MA in Business, Marketing, Data Management, Economics or related field.
• Enrolled for entire internship.
• Resident of Italy with Codice Fiscale; non-EU needs valid permit of stay.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel.

Mansioni

• Assist with data collection from interviews with Sales reps.
• Validate and consolidate customer data for CRM.
• Enter data into CRM and maintain governance standards.
• Provide regular updates to leadership.
• Support data quality trends analysis.
• Contribute ideas to improve data collection processes.
