Hermès Italie seeks a CRM & Client Data Specialist to develop deep knowledge of its client base and strengthen relationships across its stores in Italy. Based at Milan HQ, you will support CRM activities, provide insights, and enable regional strategies while traveling to boutiques nationwide.

You will lead data quality efforts, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Customer Experience team and ICO to ensure privacy compliance and successful data-driven initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in economics, fashion management, or marketing.
• At least 2 years in a similar role; retail experience a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; French is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills; Dynamics experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Ensure quality and protection of customer data across subsidiaries.
• Lead data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Develop customer insights, KPI monitoring, and CRM reporting.
• Build and manage customer lists for activation initiatives and CRM campaigns.
• Train stores remotely and during visits to improve CRM usage.
• Support GDPR and privacy-related procedures with the ICO department.
• Roll out Group data projects and act as main contact for stores.
