Hermès Italie is seeking a CRM & Client Data Specialist to advance customer insights and CRM tooling for 10 Italian stores plus one in Greece. You will ensure data quality, support privacy compliance, and drive initiatives with the Retail Team from Milan.

Regular travel across Italy is expected to maintain strong boutique relationships and enable successful CRM deployments. The role reports to the Customer Experience Manager and interacts with Training, ICO, and other head office functions to

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree preferred in economics, fashion management or marketing.
At least 2 years of experience in similar CRM or data roles.
Fluency in Italian and English; French is a strong plus.
Proven ability to analyze customer data and produce insights.
Experience with Excel, Power BI and Dynamics is advantageous.

Mansioni

Develop customer insights, KPI monitoring and CRM reporting to support strategy.
Build targeted customer lists for activation initiatives and CRM campaigns.
Monitor monthly targets and store performance on CRM topics.
Collaborate with Store Managers and Retail Team to enhance client relations.
Support group data projects and governance rollout across the subsidiary.
