Hermès Italie, based at the Milan head office, seeks a CRM & Client Data Specialist to develop knowledge of the customer base and support CRM initiatives across stores in Italy and Greece. You will act as the main contact for data quality, governance, and insights, collaborating with Retail and ICO teams to enable data-driven decisions.

You will lead data quality efforts, develop customer insights, and support deployment of CRM tools while ensuring GDPR compliance, working travel across Italy to

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, fashion management, or marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Italian and English; French is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI; Dynamics a plus.
• Strong analytical and structured approach; solid communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Awareness of GDPR and privacy considerations.

Mansioni

• Ensure quality and protection of customer data.
• Lead data quality initiatives and liaison with Group Data Quality teams.
• Develop customer insights, KPI monitoring, CRM reporting.
• Build target customer lists for activations and CRM campaigns.
• Support rollout of Group data projects and CRM tools.
• Train stores and subsidiaries; run workshops on data topics.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and privacy procedures.
